To make this yummy snack you need the following ingredients:

  • 80 grams (1 cup) of oats
  • 125 grams (½ cup) of almond butter
  • 115 grams (⅓ cup) of unfiltered honey
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla essence
  • 55 grams (½ cup) of ground flax seeds or 110 grams of whole chia seeds
  • 80 grams (½ cup) of dried fruits

Nicely mix all these ingredients in a large bowl. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate. To make it a more delicious snack, you can replace the dried fruits with chopped dark chocolate chips.
