Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup chocolate chips
  2. ½ cup raspberry jam
  3. 30 paper lollipop sticks
  4. 1 pack gluten-free sprinkles
  5. 2-4 styrofoam blocks

Instructions:

  1. Bake a Chocolate cake and cool it completely.
  2. Crumble cake into a large bowl and don’t leave any large pieces.
  3. Mix raspberry jam into the crumbled cake. This mixture will be moist enough to roll into 1 inch balls and hold a round shape.
  4. Place cake balls on a parchment paper-lined plate.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Melt dark chocolate in a saucepan on very low heat.
  7. Dip ½ inch of the tip of the paper lollipop sticks into melted chocolate.
  8. Insert the lollipop stick straight into the cake ball, pushing about ½ inch deep.
  9. Dip the cake ball into the melted chocolate.
  10. Apply sprinkles and place the stick of cake pop into a styrofoam block.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*F.
  2. Cut the pears in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Use a measuring spoon or melon baller to scoop out the seeds.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, top with walnuts.
  5. Drizzle ½ teaspoon honey over each one.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove, let cool and enjoy.
