- Winter Bites
Healthy, quick, and easy to make these are winter bites or you can even say energy bites or protein bites. It takes 15 minutes to make with just a few ingredients which are available at home.
Simple ingredients required for these tasty winter bites are almonds, walnuts, dates, coconut flakes to enhance the taste, cocoa powder, flax seeds & chia seeds.
Take almonds, walnuts, and any other dry fruit of your choice and grind them together along with flax seeds and chia seeds. Once this mixture is coarsely ground, add dates and cocoa powder to it with 1 spoon of protein powder (Protein Powder is optional and you can skip it if you wish to) and grind them together. Now your mixture is ready, with the help of an ice cream scoop, take a small portion of the mixture and make it into a ball shape and roll it on the coconut flakes. Your Winter bites are ready to serve.
To make a deceptively healthy chocolate pudding, which is rich and silky smooth that your child can't even say that there's an avocado in it.
For rich, silky smooth chocolate pudding, you will need to have avocado, without it our chocolate pudding is incomplete then banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder for chocolate flavor with vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey as a sweetener, almond milk, and nuts or chocolate chips which will give a crispy texture to your chocolate avocado pudding and can be used as a topping as well.
Firstly, take 2 Avocados and peel its skin completely. Then take a blender and put all your ingredients in the jar- peeled avocados, one banana, 2 spoons of peanut butter, 6-8 spoons of cocoa powder, 1 spoon of vanilla extract or vanilla essence with 5 spoons of almond milk, and 6 spoons of maple syrup or honey. Blend all this together and your chocolate avocado pudding is ready. Serve it with nuts like almonds or walnuts or even chocolate chips on top.
- Apple Sandwiches
A great source of carbs, protein, and healthy fats in the form of bite-size sandwiches to keep the kids satisfied until dinner.
b) Almond/ Peanut Butter
Recipe: Take 2 apples and cut them into a circular, apply your child’s favorite butter whether it is almond or peanut or even both and put a few crushed nuts inside, and then make it like a sandwich.
It’s easy and quick to make if your kid loves almond butter or peanut butter and is in the mood to eat sandwiches.
A simple autumn treat for the kids, seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, and vinegar or lime juice.

Recipe: Soak chickpeas overnight and then the next day boil them into the pressure cooker. Dry them out and allow them to cool. While your chickpeas are getting cool, take a bowl and cut cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Then take a pan and add a few drops of Olive oil if you have which will make it even more delicious but you can even use your cooking oil and saute the chickpeas on medium-high flame with salt and chili powder (Chilli powder is optional) for 2-3 mins and then remove it on a separate bowl and allow it to cool. Add chickpeas then add fresh coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, pepper, squeeze lime juice and give it a nice mix and your tasty, healthy Chickpea salad is ready to serve.
i) Green Smoothie
They are high in nutrients and contain naturally sweet ingredients. Colorful straws and special kiddie cups add a splash of color.

Recipe: Chop all the ingredients into big pieces and blend them into the grinder. It will become like a thick paste then add a few ice cubes and blend it again and your smoothie is ready to serve.
ii) Strawberry Smoothie / Pink Smoothie

Recipe: Add 1½ cups of milk into the blending jar along with 2 chopped bananas and 7-8 strawberries along with greek yogurt and give it a mix. Your Pink Smoothie or Strawberry smoothie is ready to serve.
